Paper submission is no longer possible

DEFINITIONS

Submitting author: the person who submits the paper
Presenter: the person who will physically present the paper at the conference and who is marked as the presenter in the program.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

The length of the paper is up to 4 pages
Papers must be submitted online through the paper submission below. Please use the paper template and save your formatted paper as a Word file for submission.
The deadline for submission of papers is EXTENDED to February 29, 2024. Papers received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
Papers may be submitted for oral presentation.
The submitting author will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance of the paper soon after the evaluation process is completed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the scientific committee.
Further information about oral presentations (time, date and length) will be provided to authors upon paper acceptance. Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter and posted on the conference website.
Please note that at least the presenting author (presenter) of each paper should register for the conference. Papers submitted without any corresponding presenter registration will be withdrawn. Each presenter may present only one paper.

CONTENT & TOPICS

Papers must be submitted in English.
Papers must contain accurate data and meet international ethical standards.
The paper should contain the title of the paper, the names of the authors, and affiliations (including the cities and the countries), and the e-mail address of the presenting author.
Using tables, images, or graphics is allowed.
Please ensure that your paper does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. No corrections are possible after the submission deadline. The paper will be reproduced as submitted in the event materials. No proofreading will be done of the scientific content.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Plenary lecture: 45 min (including questions and discussion)
Keynote lecture: 30 min (including questions and discussion)
Oral lecture: 15 min (including questions and discussion)
Short Oral lecture: 6 min

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS

Accepted papers will be published in the conference e-book of papers.
